What is drip coffee?

To understand simply, freshly roasted coffee beans are ground into powder and packed in individual filter bags. Each filter bag is individually sealed and packaged to become a common coffee ear bag on the market.

The advantage of drip coffee is that it eliminates the need for many utensils and complicated brewing process. You only need to tear off the filter bag, hang the hanging ears on both sides of the cup, and throw it away after brewing.

The aroma of coffee made by hanging ear coffee is incomparable to that of instant coffee. By controlling the water temperature and flow, it can fully display the flavor of coffee, and perfectly display the sour, fragrant, and sweet levels of coffee.

The weight of drip coffee that is common on the market is generally around 7g-10g. Brew according to the ratio of powder to water of 1:15, exactly between 105-150ml. Of course, if you like to make it lighter, you can also increase the proportion of water. This process can be tried and adjusted according to different brands, different degrees of roasting, and different amounts of powder to find your favorite brewing method.
